The company, founded in 1989, initially rented equipped offices and created a Business Centre, then, after twenty years and following accreditation by the local authorities, it began to offer business domiciliary services, developed call centre software, and recruited a qualified and multi-lingual team. Today, in accordance with the wishes of Mermoz Business Centre’s manager and founder, the Centre offers a range of services tailored to the needs of all types of businesses from local craftsmen to French subsidiaries of foreign multinational corporations or charities.
Its original interior and exterior architecture gives the Mermoz Business Centre a distinctive character: light streams in from large bay windows, a glass-roofed openspace, and a skylight over plants and, in addition to the originality of some walls in decorative concrete, the Centre boasts airy terraces, and two real gardens (one at the back from the boulevard and the other, fully enclosed, behind the building, along the meeting rooms for the enjoyment of our customers. This unique ambiance explains, among other things, why the average length of time customers stay with the Mermoz Business Centre is not counted in months but years despite the use of short-term contracts.
